Students who are serious about powerlifting are encouraged to participate in the Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC)’s 10th annual powerlifting competition. Each participant will be given three attempts on squat, bench press and deadlift to earn their highest total (the sum of the three lifts) and a chance to be the UCF RWC’s powerlifting champion! Lifters must weigh in at the RWC prior to the event. Registration opens March 29 and closes April 5.
