SBA Workshop: Small Business Programs for Underserved

Basic in-person workshop: This presentation provides an understanding of the various certifications impacted by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and discusses eligibility criteria and the application process. Your business should obtain the proper certifications, if available, to aid your business to make effective connections with the government. SBA small business certifications document a special capability or status that will help your small business compete in the federal marketplace. Certifying your small business concern can help you successfully compete for government contracts.

This workshop will provide an overview of:

  • the 8(a) Business Development Program
  • HUBZONE Contracting Program
  • WOSB Contracting Program
  • SDVOSB Contracting Program
