In the UCF Higher Education Coaching Academy 40-hour Coach Practitioner training program participants learn the fundamental understanding of basic coaching techniques and skills, and how to apply these coaching skills to work with students. Coach Practitioners will understand the philosophies, ethics, and processes of student coaching, and the impact that coaching can have on students’ success.

(This course is only open to employees in the Academic Success Coach job sub-family: Academic Success Coach, Senior Academic Success Coach, and related Leadership roles)
