Psychological Safety at Work

Psychological safety is essential for building collaborative, innovative, and high-performing teams. This 90-minute session introduces participants to the concept of psychological safety and its critical role in fostering employee engagement, trust and well-being.

Participants will learn to:

  • Recognize behaviors that promote or undermine psychological safety
  • Apply strategies to create an environment where team members feel safe to express ideas, take risks, and be authentic without fear of judgment or retaliation
  • Build trust and encourage open, respectful communication
  • Cultivate a culture that values diverse perspectives and supports partnership

Through practical activities and discussions, this session empowers leaders and employees to develop a psychologically safe workplace that drives engagement, innovation and success.
