Join the UCF Benefits Team for the annual UCF Benefits Fair on Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ET in the Student Union’s Pegasus Ballroom.
The UCF Benefits Fair offers employees the opportunity to speak with insurance companies, retirement plan providers, and financial advisors, and to learn about various resources, perks, and services provided by UCF community partners and organizations.
The Benefits Fair will include flu shots*, chair massages, CPR demos, posture screenings, games, prizes, snacks and more.
*Complete this form to get your waiver and instructions ahead of time! Please note, this does not reserve a spot for a flu shot. Limited flu shots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Employees may also complete the waiver in person at the Benefits Fair.
