Stress Less Fair is an interactive resource tabling event hosted by student organizations Active Minds, Psi Chi, and Psychological Society in partnership with Counseling and Psychological Services, Student Health Services, and Wellness and Health Promotion Services. Students will have the opportunity to learn about health and wellness offices and student organizations as they host games, crafts, and activities promoting healthy stress management.
Earn tickets at each booth to exchange for prizes. Enjoy free hot tea, cocoa, and crafts. Santa will be there giving out candy canes and hyping you up for finals from 10:30-12:30. Then there will be a Chill Guy look-a-like competition from 1:30-2:30 PM and the winner will receive a Chick-fil-a goodie bag including a $25 gift card!
The event will be in the grassy area between the Health Center, Libra Housing, and Ferrell Commons.
Stress Less Fair is a part of Active Minds National's Stress Less Week Campaign, designed to provide education about stress and anxiety and build communities that are supportive of mental health. Active Minds is the nation's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young people change the conversation around mental health.
