New year's resolution to quit smoking and/or vaping? We're here to help!

The FREE Multi-session program meets weekly for 4 weeks and will provide you with the valuable tools you need to help you quit.

A well-trained, caring facilitator will provide you with proven methods to leave smoking and vaping behind with a personalized quit plan. Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), such as gum, patches, and lozenges, is offered to participants 18 years of age or older if medically appropriate. Experience the benefits of quitting alongside others who can relate to what you're going through. The program covers all forms of tobacco and more than doubles your chances of success! 

Open to all UCF Students, faculty, and staff.
