In this workshop, three key pillars of Python development will be explored: error handling, user-defined functions, and database programming.
First, the tools needed to build robust and resilient code will be introduced through comprehensive error-handling techniques. Participants will be shown how errors can be anticipated and managed gracefully, ensuring that programs function smoothly and remain reliable in the face of unexpected challenges.
Next, the power of user-defined functions will be examined, allowing modular and reusable code to be created. Advanced function design, parameter handling, and return statements will be covered, enabling efficient and maintainable programs to be developed.
Finally, database programming concepts will be presented to demonstrate how databases can be accessed and managed using Python. Techniques for connecting to, querying, and manipulating databases will be introduced, providing valuable skills applicable to real-world scenarios.
By the end of the session, a deeper understanding of Python's capabilities will have been gained, allowing more sophisticated, error-resistant, and scalable programs to be developed.

To participate in the hands-on lab during the session, you will need to provide your own computer with a web browser and a reliable internet connection.
