Paddlefest 2026

Sunday, September 27, 2026 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Lake Claire Recreation Area • September 27, 2026

Grab your crew and get ready to make some waves at PaddleFest 2026! Lake Claire is turning into UCF’s own waterfront festival, complete with paddling, games, live music, giveaways, and plenty of ways to hang out between sets.

Join us at UCF’s only natural lake for one of the Recreation and Wellness Center’s favorite annual events. Admission is free, the vibes are good, and the lake is waiting.

The Lineup

  • Paddle on the Main Stage: Free kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals for all current UCF students with a valid UCF ID. Guests are welcome to paddle as long as they share a vessel with a current student.
  • Festival Grounds: Take a break from the water and check out lawn games, arts & crafts, giant Jenga, cornhole, and more throughout Lake Claire.
  • Live Music + Festival Fuel: Enjoy live music, snacks, and prize giveaways throughout the event.
  • Community Village: Explore interactive booths from UCF departments, student organizations, and community partners. Meet new people, play games, learn about local opportunities, and find your next way to get involved.
  • Paddling for Every Body: Adaptive paddling options are available, including Lake Claire’s ADA-compliant dock and equipment designed to support paddlers of all abilities.

Who Gets In?

PaddleFest is completely free for current UCF students, RWC members, and their guests.

Everyone is welcome to come enjoy the festival, but you must be a current UCF student to participate in the watercraft race and be eligible to win prizes.

Bring your friends, hit the water, catch some live music, and spend the day lakeside at PaddleFest 2026!
