This outdoor yoga practice is bringing back the fundamentals of yoga!
There will be modifications and progressions for all levels, to strengthen,
stretch, and align the body. We will be exploring the benefits of the “basic”
yoga postures. Yoga helps relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress, and
seeks to bring out the best in you.
Please bring a mat and/or towel, a water bottle, and you student
ID to this event.
