Biggest Winner Program

Program: January 26-April 17, 2015

The
Biggest Winner challenge is a 12 week program designed to help participants
improve exercise and nutrition habits. Participants will go through a one week
try out prior to the start of the program. Selected participants will be
invited to join one of two teams. Both teams will receive assistance and
guidance from two nationally certified trainers to help them implement healthy
behavioral changes that will increase their quality of life. Benefits of
participating in this program include: Group Personal Training Sessions Education on healthier food
choices Reduce the risk of chronic
diseases Gaining a fun and healthy
lifestyle!
