Weight Management Group

If you are already a UCF Health patient and think you could benefit from the weight management group led by our Behavioral Health team, please call us to sign-up today! 

Location: UCF Health East Orlando Office - 3400 Quadrangle Blvd. Orlando, FL 32817

Start date:  Sept. 10, 2018

Meeting time: Mondays from 4 - 5 pm

Number of sessions: 8 consecutive weekly sessions. Classes end Oct. 29.

Session length: 1.0 hour each

Fee: none

Who should join?

UCF Health patients who want to learn healthy ways to manage their weight and who are committed to attending weekly group meetings.

How do I sign up?

Notify a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) that you are interested in joining the group by calling 407-882-4840 or notify the on-call BHC that you are interested in joining the weight management group when you are at UCF Health.
