  Hanna Washburn constructs sculptures from repurposed textiles, furniture, household items, and other utilitarian materials.  Sewing by hand and working intuitively, Washburn allows her forms to evolve into complex aggregates of color, pattern, and texture that gesture, emote, and hold space.
