Join us for the RWC Powerlifting Workshop! This workshop with be part lecture and part practical. Each day will focus on one of the three competition lifts. The schedule is as follows...
Main RWC Group Exercise Studio
Participants will meet from 3pm-4pm
Meeting Dates: 9/30, 10/1, 10/2
9/30: Squat
10/1: Bench
10/2: Deadlift
Each session is independent of the prior, but we encourage you to attend all three. The workshop will be lead by our Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant, Zak Woodward. Zak is a veteran Personal Trainer and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
This workshop is designed to benefit both those who are experienced and looking to further sharpen their tool set, and those who are new to resistance training and would like to learn more about the squat, bench, and deadlift.
