Sleep Hygiene

Having adequate, restful, and rejuvenating sleep is essential for overall functioning. However, this is an area that many struggle in. This workshop explores skills and tips for gaining and maintaining appropriate sleep.

CAPS workshops are free, require no sign-up, and space is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis to currently enrolled students.
