Anxiety hitting its height? Have days where you feel okay and other days where you feel anything but okay? Or maybe you're feeling stressed about your career and job prospects with your industry being hit hard by the current state of the economy?

Come join us for this 3 part series that will address grief, stress management and how to navigate your career during this challenging time with job search strategies, virtual interviewing skills, resume building with rescinded offers and how to navigate remote work. At the end of the series we will have an open forum where you'll be able to ask CAPS Counselors and Career Services Counselors questions pertaining to mental health and careers.

Part 1: CAPS These past few weeks have been stressful and the mental health implications aren't fully known yet. What we do know is that there's a lot going on that should be processed. Come join this part of the 3 part series where CAPS will be addressing grief, stress management, anxiety/depression, coping strategies and more!
