Career Services Cares with CAPS Series Pt. 3: Ask Me Anything

Thursday, May 14, 2020 1 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Anxiety hitting its height? Have days where you feel okay and other days where you feel anything but okay? Or maybe you're feeling stressed about your career and job prospects with your industry being hit hard by the current state of the economy?

Come join us for this 3 part series that will address grief, stress management and how to navigate your career during this challenging time with job search strategies, virtual interviewing skills, resume building with rescinded offers and how to navigate remote work. At the end of the series we will have an open forum where you'll be able to ask CAPS Counselors and Career Services Counselors questions pertaining to mental health and careers.

Part 3: Ask Me Anything with Career Services and CAPS

In this Ask Me Anything you will have the ability to ask 2 CAPS Counselors and 2 Career Counselors questions pertaining to mental health, careers and anything else that you've been wondering while viewing the presentations. For mental health related questions, please refrain from asking overly personal questions due to this session not having the ability to ensure confidentiality with it being broadcasted to different audiences over the internet.
