UCF ADAGE Gifted Institute

Saturday, April 3, 2021 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

What really goes on “behind the scenes” to support the development of high-ability and gifted individuals? Learn about the vision, efforts, activities and advocacy of top leaders and associations at the international, national, university and district levels at the UCF ADAGE Gifted Institute.

At this virtual event, we will ask the big questions and examine the impact of the pandemic on evolving trends and practices, the future of gifted education in an era of social justice and innovation, and hear from several voices at many levels in this free virtual event. Presenters will review core information from their experiences followed by interviews with UCF doctoral students and graduates.
We will also be sharing the cumulative results of Project ELEVATE, a collaboration with 12 Title I schools to bridge the equity gap, and provide access and a relevant curriculum for underserved, diverse learners within a school-wide context.
