Join us in the RWC Main Group Exercise Studio for Hip Hop Cardio! Hip Hop Cardio is a dance fitness class that incorporates the fundamentals of basic hip-hop to achieve a moderate to high-intensity cardiovascular workout. No dance experience necessary! Please have a towel and water with you for class. Please bring your UCF ID with you to the facility and arrive 10 minutes early. Our reservation system opens 24 hours in advance.
