Being Seen: Navigating Your Identity with an Invisible Disability

Thursday, February 24, 2022 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

This workshop will identify challenges faced by individuals with a recent or long-standing disability that is not visible to an outsider. Attendees will learn coping strategies to deal with discrimination, gain skills for self-advocacy and seeking support, and identify factors to consider in the choice to disclose or not disclose.
