Facilitator: Chantel Carter

Description:
When was the last time you truly felt grateful? What does that even mean or look like nowadays? We are all leaders in some capacity regardless of our titles or the kind of work we do. Gratitude is one of many skills we need as leaders to be successful in our work and in life. With everything going on, it can be easy to get caught up in the negativity. This session will discuss why gratitude is important and how it can be infused successfully in our work, in our lives. In this session, we will review various gratitude exercises that may be helpful in infusing gratitude within your day to day. Gratitude does not have to be a daunting process. Let gratitude become a part of your habit profile.

Please note: Pre-registration is REQUIRED by no later than three days prior to the start of the workshop. Registrants will receive a link to join the Zoom session. Video and audio access is required.
