Introduction to Enneagram

Monday, February 20, 2023 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The Enneagram is a typing system containing nine different types. The Enneagram can be a tool for building healthier, steadier relationships. By understanding our own (and others) triggers and difficult behaviors, we can deepen and improve interpersonal interactions. This workshop will help you learn about the nine different types and how to gain insight and understanding based on different personality types.

This workshop is part of the Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) Well-Being Online Workshop (WOW) series. To learn more about CAPS and other workshops, please visit caps.sdes.ucf.edu
