Start off the school year with good intentions by creating wellbeing and resiliency this semester! Koru is a free interactive mindfulness course offered to enrolled UCF students. Learn different meditations and mindfulness techniques to become more calm and focused in your day-to-day life! Class dates are Thursdays, 9/7, 9/14, 9/21 and 9/28 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., attendance at all 4 classes is requested.
