Koru Mindfulness Course on Zoom

Move from the thinking, analytical brain to the observing, curious brain by joining the 4-week Koru mindfulness course. Koru is an interactive course with a free app and online book. You will learn meditations and mindfulness techniques, this course is available to all enrolled UCF students. The course is offered online through Zoom starting October 23, 1:30-3:00pm.
