Healthy Boundaries

Boundaries are essential to good self-care and a sense of personal security and safety. They help us to feel whole and a sense of agency over our lives. This workshop will focus on the concept of boundaries, common types of boundaries and boundary violations, and briefly review two skills to help establish and maintain boundaries.
