Join us for a Pilates class in the Group Exercise Studio on the 2nd floor of UnionWest!  

Pilates offers a complete core workout by challenging all of our stabilizing muscle groups. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Walk-ins welcome. 

Please note class on Thursday, February 29th is cancelled. Classes will resume on Thursday, March 7th. We apologize for the inconvenience
