The DTC Resume Workshop will hosted by the School of Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts, along with industry partners and with the assistance of faculty on Thursday Oct. 3rd from 10-2pm.
This event will offer students on-the-spot resume feedback and editing assistance, an opportunity to network with industry leaders and three interactive breakout sessions (think mini-conference) on topics such as Mastering your Skills, Dressing for Success and Acing the Interview. These sessions will be facilitated by our industry partners so students can learn these key points to be better prepared for the workforce. There will be giveaways and food for attendees.
We are asking students to bring a hard copy of their resume, and we will have laptops for them to make edits and print out updated versions during the event. It is strongly recommended that students attend the Pre-workshop to do the preliminary work of their resume.
