Join us for the RWC’s KnightFit Playoff, a 1-day special event where students put their fitness to the test! Teams of 2 will compete to challenge their strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness across 9 different stations. Scores will be based on the number of reps completed at each station.
The event will feature 2 heats:
- Heat 1: 6 PM
- Heat 2: 7:15 PM
The winner will be announced the following Friday. Registration opens 1 week in advance, and ONLY ONE PARTNER PER PAIR SHOULD REGISTER.
