Keep Your Cool: Mastering Emotions and Conflict

It's easy to think clearly and make better decisions when we feel happy or calm. But what about when we experience unpleasant emotions? How can we stay grounded during conflicts or emotional breakdowns without becoming overwhelmed by stress, anger, anxiety, or embarrassment? The purpose of this workshop is to equip students with important techniques to calm themselves when feeling overwhelmed by strong negative emotions. Additionally, we will explore how to handle any situation effectively, no matter how challenging.
