Students who are serious about powerlifting are encouraged to participate in the Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC)'s annual powerlifting competition on Thursday, April 16. Each participant will be given three attempts on squat, bench press and deadlift to earn their highest total (the sum of the three lifts) and a chance to be the UCF RWC's powerlifting champion! Lifters must weigh in at the RWC prior to the event. Weigh-ins will occur April 13-15.
