Group Exercise Mash-Up

Kick off the semester by sampling two of our most popular group fitness classes in one fun event! Start with a 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga class to stretch, flow, and reset your mind. Stick around—or jump in fresh at 5:15pm —for a 30-minute HIIT workout designed to boost your energy and get your heart pumping. 

4pm: Vinyasa Yoga

5:15pm: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 

All fitness levels are welcome.
