Get ready for a high-energy, one-hour fitness experience that brings the best of three formats into one dynamic workout! Join us from 1:00–2:00 PM at the Downtown Recreation & Wellness Center for a special Group Exercise Mash-Up featuring Cardio Kickboxing, MetCon, and Pilates.
You’ll start with heart-pumping cardio kickboxing to build endurance and power, transition into a full-body MetCon segment designed to boost strength and metabolic conditioning, and finish strong with Pilates to focus on core stability, control, and mobility.
This special event will be led by guest instructor Melyssa Allen, bringing her expertise and energy to each format. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, try something new, or experience multiple styles in one class, this mash-up has something for everyone.
