Experience all that yoga has to offer outdoors on the Skydeck. Strengthen, stretch, align the body and increase flexibility using continuous flowing movements. Yoga helps relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress, and seeks to bring out the best in you.

This class will take place on the Unionwest Skydeck! 
For access to the skydeck, meet us at the RWC@Downtown (suite 246) by 3:55PM.
