CANCELED: Intermediate Photoshop Class [Mastering the Pen Tool]

Tuesday, March 24, 2015 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
This event has been canceled. Call or email the event's contact listed below for more information.
Come check out the Tech Common's FREE beginner Adobe Photoshop series of workshops. Open to students, faculty, and staff.

This week we'll show you how to use Photoshop's pen tool. Understanding the flow of this tool is an absolute necessity if you're interesting in graphic design. The pen tool allows for great precision when it comes to defining very specific selections, masks, line work, and vector shapes. It's often used for creating icons, selecting the outline of complex shapes, inking art, and designing cartoon images. Please bring an external mouse with you for this session.

Please bring your own computer with Photoshop CS4 or higher installed. Bringing an external mouse to use is highly recommended.

A 30-day trial of full Photoshop CC can be downloaded from www.adobe.com/downloads.
