SSWBThis is a 6-week Small Group Training designed to teach the basics of calisthenics. Perfect for beginners, this class will help you master foundational movements, improve technique, and help you grow in your fitness journey. The Small Group Training cost is $50. Training will take place September 8th-October 15th and will be Monday's and Wednesday's, 8AM-9AM.
