Training and Testing in Support of the Workday ERP System
The University Sales Tax Basics course provides an introduction to Florida sales tax. The course covers how sales tax affects UCF, what is taxable, what is exempt, sales tax rates and base, adequate records, and sales tax resources. This course is recommended for anyone who makes sales at the university or can create a cash sale or customer invoice in Workday.
