One of the pathways to success for small businesses pursuing government contracts is to partner with other small or large businesses in order to deliver services to the government. Most commonly, these agreements are in the form of a sub-contract, teaming agreement or joint-venture agreement. There is also the SBA’s “All Small Business Mentor-Protégé Program” which can be a great opportunity for small business owners.
