Drumming

Wednesday, October 21, 2020 noon to 1 p.m.

Experience the power of music to help you lower stress, increase relaxation skills, build intrapersonal support and discover your personal rhythm. In this workshop, you will use drums to express yourself by engaging in an evidence-based program to increase overall wellness. 

CAPS workshops are free, require no sign-up and space is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis to currently enrolled students.
