Exploring Religious Trauma

Tuesday, March 28, 2023 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Religious trauma occurs when a person's religious experience is stressful, degrading, dangerous, abusive, or damaging. During this workshop we will further define religious trauma, discuss signs and symptoms, and identify coping skills for a path to healing religious trauma wounds.
