Virtual Koru Mindfulness Course

Move from the thinking, analytical brain to the observing, curious brain by joining the four-week Koru mindfulness course where you will learn meditations and mindfulness techniques. Koru is an interactive course with a free app and online book. This course is available to all enrolled UCF students. The course is offered online through Zoom starting October 23 from 1:30-3 p.m. It will meet at the same time every Monday through Nov. 13. For more information email pamela.mills@ucf.edu.
