Yoga Under the Stars

Tuesday, February 7, 2017 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Experience all that yoga has to offer under the night sky. Strengthen, stretch, align the body and increase flexibility using continuous flowing movements. Yoga helps relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress, and seeks to bring out the best in you.

Please bring your Student ID and a water bottle. It is also highly recommended that you bring your own mat or towel.
