The RWC's Group Exercise Mash-Up is the best way for new and returning students to learn of the various group exercise formats the RWC offers. Participants will get to sample three of our most popular group exercise formats in one class: Cardio Dance, HIIT, and Latin Cardio Dance! Registration opens online one week in advance.
