This 6-week Small Group Training program will prepare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4-mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles). There is a bike requirement for the race, but not for the training. Both new and veteran triathletes are welcome; however, previous fitness experience is recommended. Training takes place on Monday's and Wednesday's at 7 am. The Small Group Training cost is $50.
