Join us for the Recreation Wellness Center’s KnightFit Playoff, a one-day special event where students put their fitness to the test. Teams of two will compete to challenge their strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness across nine different stations. Scores will be based on the number of reps completed at each station.
The event will feature two heats:
- Heat 1 – 6 p.m.
- Heat 2 – 7:15 p.m.
The winner will be announced on the following Friday. ONLY ONE PARTNER PER PAIR SHOULD REGISTER. Walk-ins are welcome if space permits; they should have a partner with them.
