EAP: Mindfulness: An Experiential Workshop

Mindfulness can help reduce stress while improving concentration, focus, overall health and well-being, efficiency and accuracy.

In this workshop, participants will explore the key principles of mindfulness and take part in real-world exercises that demonstrate how these practices can be applied to navigate everyday stressors, challenges and situations.
