Koru Basic Mindfulness Course

Koru, a mindfulness course teaching meditation as well as stress management skills, has 4 sections available in Spring of 2021. Section A: 1/26-2/16, Section B: 1/27-2/17, Section C: 3/9-3/30, Section D: 3/10-3/31.Classes in each section are for 90 minutes once a week for 4 weeks over zoom. A free book and app are included.
