Koru Mindfulness Course

Start off the new year with good intentions by creating wellbeing and resiliency this semester! Koru is a free interactive mindfulness course offered to enrolled UCF students. Learn different meditations and mindfulness techniques to become more calm and focused in your day-to-day life!
