Group Exercise Mash-Up

The RWC's Group Exercise Mash-Up is the best way for new and returning students to learn of the various group exercise formats the RWC offers. Participants will get to sample three of our most popular group exercise formats in one class: Hip-Hop Cardio, Total Body Strength, and Barre! Registration opens online one week in advance. Walk-ins welcome.
