Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to your feelings, thoughts, and body experience in an intentional way. It is a tool that can help you manage discomfort, build resiliency, and feel more grounded. This workshop is about incorporating nature and the beautiful outdoors to practice mindfulness and strengthen your connection to yourself and the world.
