Join us for the RWC’s KnightFit Playoff, a 1-day special event where students put their fitness to the test! Teams of 2 will compete to challenge their strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness across 9 different stations. Scores will be based on the number of reps completed at each station.

The event will feature 2 heats: Heat 1: 6 PM & Heat 2: 7:15 PM

The winner will be announced the following Friday. ONLY ONE PARTNER PER PAIR SHOULD REGISTER. Walk-ins are welcome if space permits, and walk-ins should have a partner with them.
